Raising Japan's presence in the world.
The way
Over the next ten years, Willverse is building — inside a single company — businesses where Japan can compete and win on the world stage. Not one hit and done, but many businesses compounded over a long horizon, into a Japan-born group with the scale and depth to matter globally.
Why a house of many businesses, not one
There is no single way to create value. Some frontiers are global in scale; some are about rebuilding Japanese industry; some are rooted in a single community.
So we chose to be a company that operates businesses with different time horizons and different ways of winning — on one shared operating base. Building that base, so quality and speed of decision never fall as we add businesses, sits at the center of how we run the company.
What we hold.
Athlete mode
Grind through the unglamorous work — one rep at a time, without breaking. Results come from the reps no one sees, so we keep showing up, and we don't burn ourselves out chasing a shortcut.
Shingi
We do not betray our people, and we do not hurt them. Trust is the first asset we protect — with teammates, partners, and clients alike — because everything we build stands on it.
Your own theory
Judgment built from your own experience — not borrowed words. We form our own view before reaching for someone else's answer, and we would rather be wrong and learn than be safely, secondhand right.
Speed to start
Move before you overthink — the first step is where the gap opens. Deciding fast and starting fast beats a perfect plan that arrives late; we learn by shipping, then correct course as we go.
Humble imagination
Picture the other person's situation without deciding you already know it, and never assume you are the one who is right. We listen for what we're missing, stay open to being changed by it, and treat every perspective as information.
These values and principles are not fixed. They evolve with the times, and with our growth.
