Why this service
With a shrinking working-age population and intensifying competition for talent, understanding the state of the organization in a timely way has become a critical management issue. Conventional monthly or quarterly engagement surveys cannot capture day-to-day psychological change, and as remote work takes hold it has become harder for managers to grasp those shifts through conversation alone.

Technology and privacy
Built on a proprietary AI foundation (patent pending) that processes "noise" such as emoji, stickers, and industry-specific expressions. Combining an LLM with classifiers, it scores sentiment, workload, and role tendencies in real time. Analysis is limited to public channels, personal information is anonymized at the earliest stage of processing, and the service operates in full compliance with Japan's personal information protection law.
