YURAGI Surpasses 2,000 Registered Guides, Expands to 13 Languages

Growing network of local guides strengthens language support for travelers from a wider range of countries and regions

YURAGI (Willverse Inc., Representative Director Haruto Asahina) announced that the number of registered guides supporting its inbound experience service has surpassed 2,000. The service has also expanded its language support to 13 languages, enabling more flexible communication with inbound travelers from a wider range of countries and regions.

Since its launch, YURAGI has continuously accepted registrations from local guides with deep knowledge of their regions. The number of registered guides has now reached the 2,000 milestone, steadily expanding the service's capacity to deliver experiences.

A Network of Local Guides Behind YURAGI's Experiences

YURAGI's experiences go beyond standard sightseeing guidance, matching guests with local guides for highly themed experiences in food, traditional crafts, and culture. The local knowledge and expertise each guide brings is what makes these experiences possible in ways that standardized package tours cannot replicate. Growing the number of registered guides directly expands the range and depth of experiences YURAGI can offer.

Reaching 2,000 registered guides means YURAGI now has the foundation to deliver these experiences to more guests across Japan.

Expanding to 13 Languages

YURAGI now supports 13 languages: English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, German, Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese.

As the countries and regions of origin for inbound travelers to Japan continue to diversify, needs that English and Chinese alone cannot fully cover have grown. With support for 13 languages, guests who previously faced language-related limitations can now receive guidance closer to their native language.
